Paperless accounting can not print out the journal entries?

When using accounting software, is it ok to keep everything in electronic form on computer? No journal entry book, no general ledger book. Even Invoice and receipts are scanned and kept in computer. Is it legal?

Yes, but do back up all of the files on a regular basis and make sure that your backups are readable — because sooner or later your hard disk is going to fail and you won’t be able to recover its contents.

Also, you want to be able to print hard copy for use in the event you want to borrow from a bank or have to defend your tax returns (federal, state and local).
