Brain Power
Your brain is like a delicate flower plant in a pot. So long as you water the plant regularly, fertilize it and provide the required sunlight, the plant stays healthy, it grows and you are gifted with beautiful flowers. But if you fail to water it for a considerable time, it withers out. The leaves drop off and the stem and the branches become dry. You suddenly realize this and start watering again. But the damage is done. You cannot reverse the cycle of degeneration and the plant ultimately dies.
Same principle applies to your brain. From childhood onwards the brain is continuously engaged in thinking process and it keeps on developing its power of thinking and memory functions. Such thinking process is like water and fertilizer to the brain plant. Regular nourishing of the brain by acquiring new knowledge and engaging it in thinking and calculating processes makes it healthier. You become smarter and achieve your goals easier.
The development of the brain’s power is limited only by the arrangement and quality of the nerve system of the brain. Our brain can be compared to a present day computer of immense data storage capacity and having a varieties of softwares to do all sorts of calculations and manipultions.
